1. Power allocation contract with MARAFIQ signed.
2. Utility contract with MARAFIQ signed.
3. Natural Gas from ARAMCO, allocation agreement signed.
4. Environmental clearance obtained.
5. Approval from Ministry of safety and security obtained.

CIVIL WORKS:

1. Civil Contractors shortlisted
2. Civil contract ready for signature
3. Site under preparation for handing over to Contractor for Civil works.
4. Work to begin after HAJJ .

PROJECT COMMISSIONING:

1. Cold commissioning to start by First Quarter 2013
